In her nearly three years with Knight Frank Thailand, Duangjai Jaibunjong has established herself as a vital operational leader, progressing from building manager to her current role as Senior Operations Manager in Property Management.
When addressing gender equality in the industry, Duangjai is direct and focused: “More women in leadership and decision-making.
